What should I expect during my first massage?+
We begin with a brief intake, then move into the treatment room. You'll disrobe to your comfort level under the sheet. Most sessions last 60–90 minutes and end with time to rest and rehydrate.
How does Reiki work?+
Reiki is a Japanese energy technique. You remain fully clothed while the practitioner uses light touch or hovering hands to help move stagnant energy and invite deep relaxation.
Do I need to prepare?+
Arrive well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals within 90 minutes. Come with an open mind — anything you'd like us to know is welcomed during the intake.
What should I wear?+
For massage, wear whatever is comfortable to arrive in. For Reiki and consultations, loose, comfortable clothing is ideal.
What's the cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%; no-shows are charged in full.
Do you accept insurance?+
We are private-pay. We're happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your provider for possible reimbursement.
Can I purchase a session as a gift?+
Yes — gift cards are available in the shop, and we can email a beautiful printable card to the recipient.
